Missouri General Education Assessment (MOGEA) - Undergraduates only OR American College Testing (ACT)
ACT OR MOGEA
MOGEA: Requires students to demonstrate basic general education competencies prior to being formally admitted to the teacher education program at Lindenwood University. Test Format: Computer-based at test centers
Cost: $59 for all four subtests, or $25 for a single subtest. Additional fees may apply. Candidates may only register for the four-subtest option one time.
MoGEA Cut Scores: 220 for all subtests.

ACT: Students can submit ACT scores in lieu of MOGEA if the scores meet the following requirements.
Composite: 20
Missouri Content Assessment (MOCA) - Undergraduates and Graduates
MOCA
Purpose: Requires students to demonstrate knowledge and mastery of specific content they will be teaching.
When: Students should take this assessment and pass all sections one year prior to student teaching.
Test Format: Computer-based at test centers.
Cost: $77-$165 (based on what test is being taken)
MOCA Cut Scores: All tests and sections must be passed with a 220 or higher.
